Our first stop was at Grandma Ivie’s. When we arrived, there sat a great big Easter basket filled with all of Tyler’s favorites. Tyler and Grandma enjoyed going through the basket to see all the surprises. Thanks Grandma Ivie!

Our next stop was Grandma & Grandpa Larsen’s house. Grandma had a delicious lunch prepared and then it was time for her annual Easter egg hunt with all the cousins. Since the weather didn’t cooperate, Grandma held the Easter egg hunt inside this year. Tyler had a ball!

That afternoon, the whole Larsen clan gathered together for our annual balloon shoot. Unfortunately, the weather was rotten for this type of activity so the balloon shoot didn’t pan out. But we did manage to have a good time roasting hot dogs, marshmallows, and starbursts over a campfire…yes we were standing in the rain! Good times…maybe we'll have better luck next year!
On Sunday morning, our little family attended our church meetings and then spent the rest of the day outside. We love to be outside, especially on a beautiful day like today! The sun was out, the sky was blue, the grass was green, and the flowers were in full bloom. While we were outside, Tyler noticed his first Daffodil and immediately fell in love with them.
He loved to touch them...

Dad taught him...

He loved to smell them...

He even liked to taste them...
