Happy 35th Birthday Russ!

Today is Russ’ 35th birthday, and the three of us want him to know how much we love and appreciate all that he does for us. We couldn’t ask for a better husband, father, and friend.

Since Russ is 35, we thought it would be fun to mention 35 things that describe him. They are (in no particular order):

1. He loves being a dad to Tyler and Reno

4. He comes from a great family
5. He loves junk food
6. He loves to hunt and fish
7. He loves my family
8. He makes friends easily
9. He loves Rock n’ Roll
10. He is not easily influenced
11. He always looks good
12. He loves to tease everyone
13. He loves the color black…it’s his color of choice
14. He loves his nieces and nephews
15. He is very smart and level headed
16. He is a very picky eater
17. He loves guns
18. He prefers a hamburger over any other meal
19. He loves cherry coke
20. He is a perfectionist
21. He loves to get new things
22. He loves sugar cookies...they are his favorite
23. He loves to watch sports
24. He respects others
25. He is pretty handy to have around...he can fix most things
26. He is a big spook
27. He's always trying to be better
28. He is very supportive
29. He loves us
30. He loves a good challenge
31. He loves the outdoor channel
32. He is a good listener
33. He is very professional
34. He “gags” extremely hard when he changes Tyler’s diaper

The old "gag when your changing a diaper trick?" Pretty funny. My dad used to do that too!

Russ,

I can't believe that you are that old and that Jill could come up with a good thing for each one of those years. I'm just kidding. I think of you as a great guy and a good friend. Lynn and I don't know what you drive any more or we'd stop in Richfield during the summer and leave some surprises for you. My dear wife was just on Lisa's blog and told me about you turning 35. Hope you've had a great day and that things are going great for your family.
